Name: Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
Rank: D
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Alright, listen up. This is going to be my first poll as a Moderator. First things first, I don't like how this technique is working in my opinion. I think that there should be a number of times which you train Shushin in order to determine whether the aftereffects come in. It will work like this:
If you train Shushin three times, you can use it three times in battle without tearing your muscle. If you go over the limit of how many times you train it, then the aftereffects will come in.
Understand? That is what I mean by 'mutiple times'.
Another thing, I am going to be a bit stricter now with training. So make sure you understand this: If I am grading your training, I will grade each post on a ten-point scale. Meaning, every time I grade a training thread, each post will have a score from 1-10, 10 being the highest possible points you can get from me. Most likely, you will NEVER see me give you a higher grade than 10 from now on. This means, if you train a C rank and ask me to grade it, then you better realize that you are going to post two or more posts for that C rank, judging on how good it is.
That is all, enjoy the poll.
