Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu is the most used type of ninja techniques, they are usually the long range fighters, sometime mid range. As a ninja dedicates more and more into the world of Ninjutsu, they will have more and more chakra and their abilities to mold chakra is far greater than anybody else. You also form handseals quicker giving you better speed in forming ninjutsus.
NOTE: A jutsu's damage won't increase because your Ninjutsu is 100, a Great Fireball is still a Great Fireball, it will still do the damage of a C rank fire jutsu will do. This is not DBZ, where someone with higher power level will deliver high damage Kamehameha than someone with lower PL.
20 Point - Able to learn C rank Ninjutsus
40 Point - Able to learn B rank Ninjutsus
50 Point(and being a Jounin) - able to obtain 2nd chakra element
70 Point - Able to learn A rank Ninjutsus
100 Point - Able to learn S rank Ninjutsus
Genjutsu
Genjutsu user, widely known as the Illusionist. They are sometimes the most intelligent when it comes to mastering the perception of the mind. GenJutsu Masters are to surpass that of a normal shinobi when creating an illusion. They are the real terrors when it comes to fear. Devouring the time into the art of Genjutsu, the shinobi will know how to trick his enemy into their Genjutsu. They also can differentiate between virtual(Genjutsu) or reality(Ninjutsu) better so they have a higher chance of escaping Genjutsus too. They also have bigger chakra base than anyone but not Ninjutsu masters.

Taijutsu
Taijutsu Specialist have the ability of understanding the art of combat a little more then most. They are the close-ranged fighters. A TaiJutsu Specialist have a decent amount of knowledge in evasion and attacks with it comes to close range and can evade better then any of the previous people. The amount of chakra that a user is capable of holding though is a whole lot smaller then any of the time. Of course, they are those who can use javelin, bow, senbon needle or any long range weapon well so they are not 100% close-range only.

Medical
Medical Ninja, or Medic in short is the doctor of battlefield. Without medical knowledge, a shinobi can't use any medical jutsus. A medical ninja has good chakra control and slightly lower chakra pool than a Genjutsu user.

Beast Companion/Summon
A true beast master has a strong bond with his pet or should I say, companion or partner in the battlefield. Without proper training you can't do anything with beasts, insects or summons. Every point increase your bond with your partner, increases the ability to control or command partner and also the damages of double team attack.
20 Point - Able to learn C rank jutsus related with beast companion
30 Point - Able to use level 1 summon
40 Point - Able to learn B rank jutsus related with beast companion
50 Point - Able to have more than 1 type of beasts/insects/summons with the maximum of 3 types. For example, you have a dog, a legion of bee and a monkey, you can't have any other beast companion anymore unless you abandon one of your current beast companion
60 Point - Able to use level 2 summon
70 Point - Able to learn A rank jutsus related with beast companion
100 Point - Able to learn S rank jutsus related with beast companion
Puppetry
A Puppeteer are those that are proficient in the art of Puppeteering. A Puppeteer favors close to mid range combat. A puppeteer relies on his puppets more then anything else. He believes that they are another manifestation of them. When they learn more and more about puppet, they eventually can control their puppet better and their chakra string's length is longer.
NOTE: Your chakra string length is 0 meter at 0 point because literally, you can't control puppet without any knowledge of Puppetry.
Every 10 Point - Chakra string length +15 meter, amount of controllable puppet +1
20 Point - Able to control C rank Puppet
40 Point - Able to control B rank Puppet
50 Point - Able to repair their own puppet
70 Point - Able to control A rank Puppet
100 Point - Able to control S rank Puppet, can control unlimited amount of puppet but you can't control 100 puppets well at the same time
Clan
They are a diverse type of fighter, they spend time learning everything they can from their clan. They don't rely on elemental jutsus or know much about it. A Clan Specialist is a diverse Specialism, reasons for this is because depending on the Clan a user is capable of attacking mid range, long range, and even closes range. They have the same amount of chakra as a Ninjutsu master.
NOTE: Clan and Kekkei Genkai a.k.a Bloodline are different. You don't need to be born with the blood of the clan to join a Clan because generally a clan don't have jutsus involving unique DNA traits. You can join 1 clan only if you have 0 point in Clan.

70 Point - Able to learn A rank Clan jutsus
100 Point - Able to learn S rank Clan jutsus
Kekkei Genkai
Some prefer to devour themselves to learn everything of their own family, their own bloodline. They are just like Clan specialist, they are capable of anything that their Kekkei Genkai capable of, like a Kaguya is an effective close-combat machine.

Demon/Curse Seal Control
A Jinchūriki or a slave of the cursed seal has great strength but they are usually controlled by the strength or their inner demon than controlling them. Only the real master can control their inner demon and turn them into their ultimate power.
NOTE: For Jinchūriki, pls RP well with your inner demon. For example, if a mod says you lose control then RP it out. Otherwise you are consider as godmodding and your demon will be taken away by the staff.
Jinchūriki
0 Point - Total controlled by the inner demon
25 Point - Can only hold for at most 5 minutes before losing control to their inner demon
50 Point - Can force their inner demon to stop interfering their action with lots of time and without interruption
75 Point - Can control their inner demon for a while or just a percentage of their inner demon without went into berserk
80 Point - You can transform into your inner demon form(Example: Naruto's 4th tail Kyuubi form)
100 Point - Can control their inner demon good enough and will not lose control easily, can use most of the inner demon's power
100 Point + Staff's approval of Complete Control - You control your inner demon very well, either by being a friend of it or just by the brute force and your willpower to make it obey your command
Curse Seal
25 Point - 20% power of your curse seal
50 Point - 40% power of your curse seal
60 Point - Able to use level 2 of the curse seal, usually it's a transformation
75 Point- 60% power of your curse seal
100 Point - 80% power of your curse seal
100 Point + Staff's approval of Complete Control - You have gained the 100% power of your curse seal
Pros and Cons list
To make things simple, here's a pros and cons list:
.::Ninjutsu::.
Pros: Highest chakra pool, long range killer, fast handseal forming.
Cons: Low fighting abilities without ninjutsus.
.::Genjutsu::.
Pros: Due to their trickery nature, they actually have better agility than ninjutsu user, high chakra pool, unpredictable, can defend genjutsus better than others.
Cons: Depends on Genjutsu, if the Gen fails, they have not much of offensive force
.::Taijutsu::.
Pros: Physically strong, fast and generally good endurance.
Cons: Not good in long range, lowest chakra pool and handseal forming speed.
.::Medical::.
Pros: Can heal, slightly high chakra pool, good chakra control.
Cons: Generally, they don't have good endurance and their physical ability is usually slightly weaker than normal shinobi.
.::Beast Companion/Summon::.
Pros: Have partner in battle, lethal combination
Cons: If their partner is unable to battle, their offensive ability is generally very weak
.::Puppetry::.
Pros: Puppet's attack is generally unpredictable, generally good chakra pool
Cons: Quite useless without puppet
.::Clan::.
Pros: Versatility, they can have attack from all ranges if they have learned lots of technique from several clan, highest chakra pool too
Cons: Know less to zero element techniques or other techniques
.::Kekkei Genkai::.
Pros: Very powerful given that they learned almost all of their Kekkei Genkai as Kekkei Genkai's abilities are generally, very powerful
Cons: Know less to zero of other techniques
.::Demon/Curse Seal Control::.
Pros: Devastating power, very destructive
Cons: Jinchūriki have hard time controlling their own demon while a curse seal owner is usually a slave of another person

Hardworking people deserves a bonus so this is it, for every 300 TP you get extra 20 points.
TP Tracking
To make the staff work easier and to prevent cheating, we will have TP Tracking. You will have to list it out in your signature, under your ninja profile like this: 0/300. After every training, you add the TP. For example, I learned a C rank, so I will add 20 into the TP bar, so it will be 20/300. When you reach 300, make it 300/600 so we know you added the bonus TP and continue, 400/600...5000/600...

This Kaguya is a killer in close range, full ability of his unique use of bone and even better, generally good in Taijutsu makes him a demon in closed range.
He is able to learn up to S rank of his Kekkei Genkai, up to B rank of Taijutsu, up to D rank for other aspects, physically strong, has low chakra pool and slow in handseal forming.
He isn't good in long range since his Kekkei Genkai is sticking to Taijutsu techniques and he has Taijutsu knowledge only, easily caught by Genjutsu.

He is versatile, physical ability is good and good dodging ability(due to Gen increase agility a little), can learn up to B rank on Nin,Gen,Tai and Clan jutsus.
He doesn't have any A and S rank jutsus.
