1) Learning Jutsu's take Training points, a sub-moderator and a player's char to teach you that jutsu. Training points are a simple number that will be rewarded by the awarding Sub-Moderator. Each time you make a post using the Jutsu you will receive points, how well you write and detail the post will get you the earned stats. Each jutsu requires a set amount of TP. Training Points are gained by RPing what your character is doing to learn this jutsu, however this can only be reached through hard work, a simple paragraph won't get you anything. (Neutral Jutsus cost NC)
2) To learn Bloodline Jutsu, Clan Jutsu, Tenjutsu and Seal Jutsu, you must be apart of the Heritage, Clan, have the Tenjuu or the Seal. All of these cannot be copied by the Sharingan as well.
3) When creating a new jutsu and wishing to learn it, simply post it up in a training thread and give us the info of the jutsu you are mastering. Once doing that we will begin to distribute points between posts.
4) All jutsus must be learned from another player's char, even if that char doesn't have it. D and C rank jutsus every one can learn if they belong to that alliance (therefore, characters from the alliance can learn D and C jutsus of all allied villages)
B, A and S are hidden jutsus, ergo no outsiders can have or learn them. B and A can be tought to village ninjas, but S are specific for each character.
Points Needed for all Ranks:
E - Rank: 0 TP (Automatically know on sign up)
D - Rank: 10 TP
C - Rank: 20 TP
B - Rank: 30 TP
A - Rank: 40 TP
S - Rank: 55 TP
5) Kai release is an academy jutsu, ranked E, can only release up to B ranked Genjutsus if you have 40 SPs in genjutsu. Therefore having no points in genjutsu prevents you from releasing yourself from them, but despite that, no bloodline genjutsus can be dispelled with it.
Kai, otherwise known as the Genjutsu release may only be used twice per battle (2 Times), any other escape of a Genjutsu must be done via post and “player smarts”
Body Flicker will no longer be used in battle. As such, it may only be used to begin or end a battle.
Clones of any kind may only be used three times in battle. This is limited only to “clone switching” or the hitting of a clone and not the presumed user.
The Replacement technique has been finally restricted to one use per battle (1 time). Yes, only 1 use of a substitution or replacement techniques will be allowed per battle.
